We practice almost exclusively in the area of plaintiff personal injury with a focus on medical malpractice, products liability, serious or catastrophic accidents involving heavy trucks or railway crossings, or airplanes, nursing home abuse, negligence and neglect, Accutane litigation and investor or Securities malpractice. In our practice, we only represent plaintiffs, never defendants!
